Thank you for agreeing to serve as a judge for the World Wide Web Mature Media Awards program. Please read the following before starting your evaluations.

Here 's a summary of the judging procedure:

1. Review the judging criteria and special awards criteria. You may want to print out the criteria for reference.

2. Print out your scoring sheets. Click here to link to the list of scoring sheet pages. Locate your name and click the link next to it called "Score Sheets" to download your scoring sheets. Each judge also has a link to a form which will allow you to submit your scores online.

Note: the scoring sheets list one entry per page.

3. Begin evaluating your assigned entries:

We ask that you complete the judging at your convenience by Friday, May 21, 2004.

Each entry requires at least one score: (These are fully explained in the judging criteria)

You'll assign points from 0-100 for each entry and we'll average your scores together with other judges to arrive at a final composite score for each entry.

Special Awards:

If special awards scoring is required, you will see a check mark next to each category in which the entry should be specially scored.

4. Complete your judging - when your judging is completed, you may submit your scores online using your online score submission form, or fax the completed score sheets to us at 847-816-8662 (attn: WWW Mature Media Awards). We ask that you complete your judging by May 21st. The winning sites will be posted after all the scores have been compiled.

Background Statement:

After the judging is completed, we welcome your comments for improving our evaluations as we prepare for our next awards program.
